Time Sheets
At the end of your home support. I will ask you to sign time sheet. To verify my visit on the timesheet to verify the time I visit took place and the duration this will also record the visits in the log book which remains in your home.
Time Keeping
I will visit on the day and time we have agreed on. If for any reason I was delayed or unable to make the visit you be notified as soon as possible to discuss all alternative arrangements.
Changes to Your Visit
Should you need to cancel your visit for any reason you must notify – myself Sally Pugh, Freedom at home, as soon as possible you can leave a message on my phone 07908 478425.
If I receive less than 24 hours’ notice of the cancellation. I will still need to charge the full rate for the visit.
Health & Safety
Your home is the place of work, I have a duty of care to provide for you as well as myself. Which this would include, please. No smoking whilst I am working with you.
Property Repairs
The home supporter service does not cover things like cleaning outside windows, carpentry, painting and decorating, plumbing, electricity or gas work.

Freedom home supporter will provide your service. You can expect the same person each time. Except when absence or due to annual leave or sickness. If ever that happens, I will always call to rearrange.
